As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted, or we may have to communicate price changes, condition changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Esaitech.com reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline it for any reason, to supply less than the quantity you requested, or to require additional verification or information before processing. All orders placed over $750 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as determined by our credit and fraud prevention department.

Esaitech.com is a reseller to end-user customers, and we also accept orders from computer manufacturers, OEMs, CMs, ODMs, wholesalers, and other corporate customers.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate details due to typographical errors or errors in supplier information, Esaitech.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, a prompt credit will be issued to your account. 

Limitation Of Liability

Esaitech.com, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, business, or profits. Certain localities may not permit such exclusions, in which case this limitation may not apply to you.

Processing Time

All orders are reviewed by our Credit Card Department to confirm accuracy, validate the payment method, and ensure proper authorization. Once approved, the order is forwarded to our warehouse for shipment.

We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order has shipped. At the time of order placement, however, we do request an authorization from your bank for the order amount. This authorization is not a charge but may temporarily reduce your available credit or funds until it expires, typically within one to seven business days depending on your bank. Credit card verification may take up to three business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. For security purposes, voice confirmation may also be required.

If your items are in stock, they will be shipped promptly from our warehouse or one of our U.S. distribution centers. Out-of-stock items will not ship until inventory has been received and processed.

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations

An authorization is a temporary hold on your card’s credit limit or funds. A charge occurs only when your goods are shipped. Your bank should release the authorization once the charge is processed.

Dispute Resolution

AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND AGREEMENT TO WAIVE A RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS.

Cisco Authorized Reseller Policy

Saitech Inc. is a Cisco Authorized Channel Partner Reseller. Under our agreement with Cisco, we are authorized to sell Cisco products only to actual end users, not to resellers or broker companies. Any orders placed by resellers or brokers for Cisco products will be canceled and the buyer will be notified. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
