Yes, we do accept Purchase Order from Corporate Customers however we don’t offer any Net terms. Government/Military/Educational Institutions are welcome to fax Purchase Orders at 510-440-0257.

In certain high value orders we only accept Advance Wire Transfer Payments. This is because of high volume of fraudulent transactions in international credit cards.
In any order where billing and shipping addresses are different your order processing will take additional time and effort. The company has a right to obtain further information to verify and authenticate the customers identity as well as the credit card's ownership proof and billing information. In case customer has more than one shipping addresses added to their credit card's billing information it will have to be authenticated by the issuing bank of the credit card holder. Only after reviewing complete and accurate information and after our accounting departments review and approval will your order be shipped out. This process can take between 24-48 hours. In case where the customer fails to provide further information or fails to communicate back, Saitech Inc. has the right to cancel any orders.
Please call our customer service right away at 510-440-0256 and correct the wrong information. Wrong credit card information will result in an order being put on hold. The customers will then receive an email informing that there are billing problems. Alternatively you can place another order and cancel the original order with the wrong information. Please check your account information carefully to avoid having duplicate orders.

There are many scenarios under which a card can be declined. It may be due to wrong card number, wrong expiration date, wrong security code, daily transaction limits, insufficient funds, or random security checks by the credit card issuer. When this happens, the cardholder needs to contact the bank directly to find out why it happened and correct the problem.
Orders shipping to California are automatically charged sales tax. Once in a while we drop ship from other sources and if they are in the same state as the customer or have a warehouse there, sales taxes will need to be charged. Such cases are rare and customers are notified within 1 business day to decide if they are going to accept the sales tax, wait for the merchandise to arrive in California and then resent, or to cancel the order.
Please fill out a Reseller tax Exemption Form and email/fax to us along with your California reseller’s permit. We will check with the California Board of Equalization database to validate the resale permit and then manually remove the charge from the order. We do not log the permit into our database so each order must go through the manual process.
Just place the order online as usual and fax us a copy of the tax-exempt permit at 510-440-0257 and we’ll issue credit once we verify the same. Please refer your Order no on the Fax.
