The choice of shipping carrier is determined by Saitech Inc.’s Shipping Department. In certain situations, an alternate carrier may be used if:
1) the designated shipper cannot ship to the address (usually for rural areas)
2) the order has already missed the cut off time for shipping for the designated shipper or
3) the actual shipping cost for the order (especially international) is more than what customer has paid.

You can check your shipping carrier and tracking information by logging into your Saitech account and viewing the order in question. Once your package has shipped, the tracking number and carrier details will be displayed. Additionally, a tracking number and carrier information will be sent to your email when your order ships.

FedEx tracking numbers for orders shipped each day are automatically emailed to you after 6:30 PM Pacific Time. Alternatively, you can log into your Saitech account and check your order status online to view the tracking number.

Sometimes tracking numbers may appear inactive if multiple items are packaged together or if packages are shipped separately and not scanned by FedEx immediately. Saitech Inc. is not responsible for manufacturing defects, as we source merchandise from distributors and ship it to our customers. Shipping costs are shared: we pay for shipping the product to you, while you are responsible for the return shipping. This is similar to how many retail stores handle defective merchandise. Even if the item is defective, the store will not reimburse you for the time and gas spent to drive back for a return, nor will they send someone to pick up the defective merchandise.

Yes, Saitech Inc. delivers to APO and FPO addresses, but shipments are sent only via US Postal Service. Packages may take a few extra days to process because we drop off USPS shipments in batches every few days. Delivery times to APO and FPO addresses can range from one week to four weeks, depending on the destination country. You will receive a USPS tracking number for your shipment. Please note that we must follow specific package size and weight restrictions when shipping to APO and FPO addresses.

Saitech Inc. may ship items separately due to weight or size considerations. The most common reason is that we use multiple warehouse locations. If items in your order are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be packed together, resulting in multiple packages for a single order.
