Return Policy

Return for Refund: 30 Days

All merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Restricted return items are subject to special conditions (see below). 

Return for Repair/Replacement: 90 Days

Defective items are eligible for replacement within 90 days of the invoice date. Cross-shipment for defective items requires approval from your Sales Account Manager. No returns are accepted after these timeframes. 

Return Eligibility:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. Email rma@esaitech.com with your order number and the product serial number to confirm eligibility.

Restricted return Items:

Limited Warranty for Specific Items
Central Processing Units (CPUs), Hard Drives, Memory, Monitors, and Flat Panel Products are covered by a 15-day limited warranty from the original invoice date.

CPU Care and Warranty
Improper installation, overclocking, or misuse of CPU fans may result in chipping or burning, causing physical damage. CPUs damaged in this way are not eligible for replacement or refund. Memory items follow the same 15-day warranty for replacement or refund.

Saitech Custom Systems, Open-Box, Refurbished, and Special-Order Items
Refunds are not permitted for these items. Only returns for repair or replacement are accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Items with opened or damaged packaging, including clamshells, shrink-wrap, special seals, or similar, cannot be returned due to manufacturer policies. Return arrangements for these items must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.

Reporting Order Discrepancies and Shipping Damage:

All discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Package Damage
If the shipping package shows obvious damage upon delivery from carriers, please decline delivery and notify us immediately via email.
For concealed damage discovered after unpacking, contact us promptly to arrange an inspection.

Timeframe for Reporting Damage
Saitech is not responsible for damage claims reported later than 2 business days from receipt. Retain the damaged package and original packaging for inspection for up to 5 days. Notify us immediately at 1-877-440-0256.


Return Shipping Policy:

Customer Responsibility
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

Seller Responsibility
Saitech covers the cost of shipping for replacements or exchanges.

Special Orders Policy:

    Return and Cancellation Restrictions
    Specially ordered items may have unique restrictions. Some items may be non-returnable or non-cancelable. Specific details are provided at the time of sale.

    Information Access
    Additional details about return policies for special orders can be obtained from your dedicated Sales Account Manager or Saitech Customer Relations.

    New Open Box Item:

    New Open Box items are covered by a 90-day Saitech replacement warranty. Manufacturer warranties may not apply.

    After Receiving RMA Number:

    Write the RMA number on the return label or packaging. Return the item in its original packaging to:

    All RMA units must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Returns received after this timeframe will be declined and returned at the sender’s cost.

    Restocking Fee:

    A 20% restocking fee applies to all refund returns within 30 days. Defective items will be promptly repaired or replaced without fee. Refund processing may take 1-2 weeks. In-store credit is also available as an option. 

    International Warranty Coverage:

    Warranty terms apply only to items shipped within the USA. Non-defective international orders are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or replacements. Before purchasing international items, verify warranty details with the manufacturer or warranty provider. 

    Additional Notes:

    Return Conditions
    All items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased and accompanied by a valid RMA number.

    Re-Shipping Fees and Address Verification
    A fee may apply for re-shipping undeliverable ground orders. Additional charges may occur for upgraded shipping methods. Ensure billing and shipping addresses match. If they differ, contact your credit card company for approval.

    Product Updates and Pricing
    Saitech reserves the right to upgrade, revise, or discontinue products and prices at any time without prior notice.

    Warranty Coverage
    New retail products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, except for items classified as End-of-Life, Discontinued, or Obsolete.

    Accuracy Disclaimer:

    While Saitech strives for accuracy, orders with incorrect pricing due to errors may be refused or canceled at our discretion.
