The S1816e-SR features on-board motion detection and camera tampering detection—a failover mechanism that ensures video is recorded if connection with management software is lost. Built for low cost of ownership and operation, the S1816e-SR combines the high reliability of Verint’s third-generation multi-port encoders with IT-friendly features, flexible implementation and maintenance, and an environmentally friendly design
