SEWP VI Ordering Guide

This section provides Saitech's customer-facing SEWP VI ordering information. Agency-specific acquisition policies still apply. Customers should use the NASA SEWP tools and their agency procurement procedures when requesting quotes and issuing Delivery Orders.

Define the requirement The customer identifies the required in-scope hardware, software, ITC/AV solution, or related requirement and prepares the necessary agency acquisition information.

Apply fair opportunity SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Ordering activities must provide fair opportunity at the individual order level when applicable under FAR 16.505(b) and their agency procedures. NASA's SEWP RFQ tools support this process.

Issue and route the Delivery Order The ordering agency issues the Delivery Order. NASA SEWP PMO reviews, processes, and tracks SEWP orders before forwarding them to the applicable Contract Holder.

Order acknowledgment and fulfillment After the order is validated and forwarded by the SEWP PMO, Saitech acknowledges the order and fulfills it according to the Delivery Order, contract terms, and applicable product or service requirements.

Fair Opportunity & Quote Responses

Saitech will respond to SEWP VI RFQs with products and services available on its SEWP contract and will follow the NASA SEWP Contract Holder User Manual and applicable contract requirements. When the available contract scope is insufficient to fully respond to a formal RFQ, Saitech will follow the applicable SEWP response requirements, including No Bid where required.
