The Panasonic WV-CF294 is a step above the WV-CF284 model with a 3.6x vari-focal lens and an Auto Back Focus (ABF) feature. ABF provides instant auto-focus at the press of a button. In addition to its high resolution and low light capabilities, this camera uses a Day/Night function to switch from color to an ultra-sensitive B/W mode when it gets dark, ensuring the best possible picture quality 24-hours a day. Furthermore, this camera employs an intelligent DSP system with an innovative Adaptive Black Stretch function to properly expose dark and shadowy parts of the image. The camera is fixed to the inside of the dome by a 3-hinge mechanism, allowing easy manual pan and tilt adjustments. This camera installs flat on a wall or ceiling as well as inside an existing electrical junction box.
