Panasonic's WV-BP140 Series black & white cameras feature various versatile image correction functions like Back Light Compensation (BLC) and Electronic Light Control. An ELC function allows for the changing of shutter speeds up to 1/120, 000 second resulting in sharper images even in narrow lighting conditions. It utilizes a 1/3-type CCD with 251, 000 pixels and along with 46dB signal to noise ratio offers 380-line horizontal resolution. A minimum illumination of 0.08 lux (0.008 fc) is achieved when used with a F1.4 lens. Thus with its high resolution and sensitivity WV-BP140 Series is an ideal add on for every CCTV surveillance applications.
