Kioxia SDF1D83GEB02T CD8 6.4TB PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.4 Solid State Drive delivers mixed use data center performance in a 2.5 inch form factor with 3 DWPD endurance and 112 layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC technology. Featuring up to 1150000 IOPS random read, 380000 IOPS random write, 7100 MB/s sequential read, 6000 MB/s sequential write, and PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface, it ensures high speed, reliable, and efficient storage for cloud and enterprise workloads.
KIOXIA CD8-V Series is a mixed use data center NVMe™ SSD that is optimized to support a broad range of scale-out and cloud applications, including big data/IoT, online transaction pro-cessing and virtualization. Built with a PCIe® 4.0 (16 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8-V Series SSDs deliver consistent performance up to 1,250K IOPS (random read) and 380K IOPS (random write).
Featuring KIOXIA 112-layer BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC flash memory, the CD8-V 2.5-inch form factor SSDs deliver 3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) of endurance and storage capacities up to 12.8 TB in a 2.5-inch form factor, making them well-suited for hyperscale data center applications.
