Description
Overview
The Code Reader 1000 (CR1000) builds upon its patented dual-field optical platform and intuitive LED targeting design to read both wide linear and small two-dimensional barcodes fast and accurately. Physical parameters include compact form factor, manual or automatic triggering for handheld or hands-free operation, and disinfectant-ready housing. Of particular note, the Reader 1000 (CR1000) carries Code's glare-reduction technology for scanning barcodes printed on shiny surfaces found in medical products such as bottles, syringes, and IV bags. Through effective power management, the Reader 1000 (CR1000) achieves the lowest energy consumption of any product in its class, according to the manufacturer, thus making it well-suited for the full range of self-service configurations.
