Overview
The M3045-V 2MP Network Mini Dome Camera from Axis Communications uses a 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor for 1920 x 1080 max resolution and 30 fps max frame rates. It features a 2.8mm fixed lens for a 106° horizontal field of view, enabling you to capture a wide coverage area. Additionally, you can manually pan the camera ±177°, tilt it ±69°, and rotate it ±176° during its installation. Wide dynamic range offers high-quality images in ambient lighting, and color, brightness, sharpness, contrast, and exposure control settings allow you to configure your camera based on various environments. The camera also comes with built-in analytics, such as motion detection and an active tampering alarm. When these events occur, the camera will send you an email notification or store video recordings of the event to edge storage. The camera compresses footage using H.264 and MJPEG formatting, maximizing bandwidth and storage efficiency. Additionally, video can be streamed in multiple individual streams, and frame rates and bandwidth are controllable for further customizing your network. A microSD slot supports on-site recording and the camera can also record remotely to a dedicated NAS. The network is secured with a number of safety features, including password protection, IP address filtering, and HTTPS encryption. PoE technology allows you to transfer both data and power over the same Ethernet cable, minimizing the number of cables needed during installation. ONVIF-compliance allows compatibility with a wide range of surveillance devices so that you can connect the camera to an NVR or NAS.
