Overview
The 1756-EN2T is a communication module from the 1756 ControlLogix product line by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The module is a copper EtherNet/IP bridge supporting up to 256 Logix connections. Like other modules from the ControlLogix family, this module also has a communication rate of 10/100 megabits per second and a 30 Volts (continuous) isolation voltage. Furthermore, the isolation voltage has the basic insulation type, Ethernet to Backplane/USB to Backplane/USB to Ethernet connections, and it is type-tested at 980 Volts AC for 60 seconds. In addition, the 1756-EN2T communication module has a 1.0 Amp current draw at 5.1 Volts DC and a power dissipation of 6.2 Watts.
