SWITCHED PDUs Switched PDUs can turn on, off, or reboot outlets individually or as a group. Switched PDUs also feature outlet lock-out and power-up sequencing to reduce power-up inrushes and smart load shedding. These PDUs provide Smart abilities for network access to power and environmental information. Switched PDUs also give outlet control for reboot of locked- up devices and power-up sequencing. Switched PDUs are perfect for all environments that require power + environmental monitoring, power-up sequencing, rebooting and scheduling power loads. These Switched PDUs have been especially useful in rapidly growing environments, such as those found in colocation facilities. Switched PDUs can be purchased with HDOT Cx and Alternating Phase technology.
