Hardware Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Engineer specializing in AI Server Hardware to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to deliver high-performance infrastructure solutions designed for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in AI server hardware solutions during the sales process
• Work with customers to understand infrastructure requirements for AI/ML workloads
• Design and recommend GPU servers, storage, and networking solutions
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical consultations
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and technical documentation
• Support proof-of-concept deployments and system configurations
• Stay up to date with emerging AI hardware technologies (GPUs, accelerators, HPC systems)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or hardware infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of AI servers, GPUs (NVIDIA/AMD), high-performance computing, and data center hardware
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, server architecture, networking, and storage systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers

Operations Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Operations Research Analyst to apply mathematical modeling and data-driven methods to improve efficiency across our growing e-commerce and B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply mathematical principles and modeling techniques to optimize business processes
• Define data requirements and validate data using statistical methods
• Specify computational methods for model development
• Collaborate with senior management to identify business problems
