With 720p HD resolution and 30x optical zoom, you can easily record clear outdoor surveillance video even in cold and windy conditions. Reliable Outdoor Surveillance in Cold & Wind. The Q6044-E's IP66-rated outdoor housing protects the camera from temperatures as low as -40 F so your camera can record in cold outdoor locations, and the Arctic Temperature Control helps the camera safely start up on the coldest days. In windy locations like ocean ports and sea-side towns, electronic image stabilization will reduce the impact of shaking caused by the wind for smoother videos. To protect against vandalism, the IK10-rated housing can withstand sharp blows and hits. If someone does try to attack or vandalize the camera, the shock detection alerts will let you know with an email or text message alert.
