The 256GB X300 SATA III mSATA Internal SSD from SanDisk features 1Ynm X3 flash technology that quickly delivers 256GB of storage capacity for a compact system such as NUC or ultrabook. This case-less SSD is compatible with systems that can support an mSATA form-factor drive and connects via a SATA III interface. Once installed, it can produce 520 MB/s sequential read speeds and 470 MB/s sequential write speeds. Furthermore, nCache 2.0 caching technology is on board to improve endurance, increase efficiency, and boost performance of the SSD.
