Overview

The MegaRAID remote battery kit option enables remote battery mounting of the LSIiBBU06, LSIiBBU07 or LSIiBBU08 off of the RAID controller. Required for use of the BBU with 9750 and 9280 16i4e / 24i4e controllers. In addition, the optional accessory BBU-BRACKET-05 mount can be used with this kit for installing the BBU into an available PCI slot.
